About

Meet Your Therapist

Hello, my name is Elizabeth (she/her). If you're going to share about yourself in therapy, I think it's only fair you know a bit about me. I grew up in the greater Seattle area and I completed my Masters in Counseling Psychology through Northwest University (2018). In order to serve clients best, I decided to get additional training and pursued by Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology at the Rosemead School of Psychology (MA 2020, PsyD 2023) in California. While in CA, I gained experience working in the juvenile justice system, with families and kids through community mental health clinics, and in both a high school and college counseling center. I returned to Washington to complete my clinical internship at the University of Washington Tacoma's counseling center, and received my psychologist license in 2025. I take a collaborative, genuine, warm, & empowering approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert of your life. I welcome feedback from my clients. I have experience working at college and graduate students through local universities, and I have a passion for helping people who are students or early career. I also enjoy working with people who are military-affiliated or veterans, and anyone who works in a "helping" field, like other therapists. I customize my approach to each client to meet their needs. On a personal note, I love getting to spend time with animals, especially my three cats Honey, Maple, and Butters. When I am not cuddling my cats, I love to spend time with my spouse hosting dinner parties with friends and family, playing games, going on waterfront walks, and exploring local haunts. Finding a therapist who is a good fit for you can be challenging. Whether you need short-term support through a challenging life circumstance, need connection to community resources, or want long-term therapy for ongoing challenges, I want to help you meet your goals however I can. I hope to hear from you soon, take care!
